How to play Deals Rummy?

Deccanrummy - Deal Rummy Rules 
In Deal rummy, Players play a certain number of deals to conclude the game, the player with the maximum number of chips is declared as the winner of the game.

REQUIRED:
  • 2 or 6 players can play rummy.
  • Two or more pack of cards used.
  • Each pack has 53 cards each.
  • Points have fixed rupee value.
  • Player brings minimum cash to the table.
  • 2 Deal and 6 Deal are the two variants of the deal rummy.

OBJECTIVE:
Meld all 13 cards in-hand in sequences and/or sets.

GAMEPLAY:
1. Random Toss Toss decides the first move.
2. Dealing of Cards Each player receives 13 cards.
3. Open Deck Pack's first card is kept facing upwards.
4. Closed Deck Left out cards are kept facing downwards.
5. Wild Card One randomly selected card is referred as Joker.
6. Play Player chooses/discards card from closed/open deck to complete sequences/sets.
7. Discard Player discards one card to finish slot.
8. Show Player shows his/her sets and/or sequences.
9. Declare Player clicks on "Declare" button.

MUST:
To finish the game, the player must declare 2 sequences, out of which one must be a Pure Sequence.
NOTE:
  • Jokers can be used to complete a set or sequence.
  • When Printed Joker is selected as Joker for a game, then players are allowed to use the Aces from any suite as Jokers in their sequences and/or sets
  • No “Drop” option in the 2 Deal
2 Deal:
  • The game will begin only after full seating in the table
  • Each player will be given with 160 points to begin the play.
  • Two deals (Rounds) take place in the 2 deal table.
  • The player who sustains with the maximum at the end of round will be the winner for that deal
6 Deal:
  • The game will begin only after full seating in the table
  • Each player will be given with 480 points to begin the play.
  • Six deals (Rounds) will take place in the 6 deal table.
  • The player who sustains with the maximum at the end of round will be the winner for that deal
 CAUTION:
With two decks, use of two same cards in the same set is not allowed.
For instance: 5 ♠ 5♠ 5 ♥ is not a valid set.

SCORING PATTERN:
  1. Each card carries a certain number of points.
    • J, Q, K, A of any suit = 10 points each.
    • Number cards = Same points as their face value. e.g. 7 carries 7 points and 3 carries 3 points.
    • Joker cards carry 0 points.
  2. The losing player gets points equal to his/her hand score.
    • If the losing player has no pure sequence, all cards are counted.
    • If the losing player has only a pure sequence, only the pure sequence is not counted.
  3. Maximum points that a player can get in one game is 80.
    • If Hand Score <80 then Points = Hand Score
    • If Hand Score >=80 then Points = 80
  4. If the losing player has not had his first turn before the opponent has made a valid declaration, then the losing player gets 20 points.
  5. If a player misses three consecutive moves, the player would get dropped automatically. The dropped player will get 40 points,
  6. If a player declares without meeting the game objective, he/she gets 80 points and the game continues till there is a winner.
  7. If a player has met the game objective but does not declare, he/she is awarded a score of 2 points.
  8. In two player deal table, The player who wins the game will be benefitted with the prize amount excluding the rake.
  9. In the Six player pool table, The top two players will be benefitted with prize amount the  first winner receive the 70% of the prize amount and second winner receive the 30% of the prize amount excluding the rake.
